Jollete Ryon-Schoeve (pronounced Shavey) epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Now with over 12 years of experience she has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks. She is the annual recipient of Top Producer awards and is in the REMAX Hall of Fame.
Jollete is a South Texas girl that moved to the DFW area 30 years ago. Her sales career began at an early age by working in her Mothers jewelry store selling jewelry on the weekends. She continued selling through her college years but at the wholesale level. Ultimately she started her own retail company at the age of 21 (still in operation to date). In 2004 Jollete made a career change and entered the Residential Real Estate world. This was an easy transition for her as she had personally bought and sold multiple residential properties and had owned and managed commercial real estate as well.
Jollete is devoted to God, her husband, and 5 amazing children. Jollete enjoys showing horses, weight training, football, baseball and track (basically all high school sports). Winters are for family trips to Vail and skiing while summers often take her back to her South Texas roots for deep-sea fishing or beach time.
Jollete has been trained by and mentored by one on one coaching with Industry Icon Mike Ferry as well as some of the top-producing agents in the industry. She thrives on building relationships with banks and lending institutions, vendors, title companies and home warranty companies so she can offer her clients the best experience possible. Jollete uses her experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. Jollete and her team work to initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close. Five words you can count on from Jollete Ryon are love, integrity, commitment, passion and fun.
